We’re here to support you in your education journey and we want you to be happy. Starting May 2nd, 2022, if you try our services and complete all of the actions below but find we’re still not the right fit for you, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee.
Actions a student needs to complete to qualify for the guarantee:
  • Attend the New Student Onboarding Webinar
  • Attend at least one 1-1 Action Plan Session
  • Submit at least 3 scholarship or university applications edited by our team to a 5/5 star rating
  • Attend at least 1 workshop
You must inquire about the guarantee within 30 days of your initial date of registration, and we may ask you to verify your eligibility by submitting proof of submission. Once eligible, we will provide a full refund of your original registration fee, minus an onboarding fee.
If you are currently on a payment plan and it has been more than 30 days after your registration, you will be required to complete your payments in full.
