New Student Onboarding Webinar

These webinars for students who have just joined our platform! We go through an app demonstration and have a Q & A for students at the end of the webinar.

Mentorship Webinar

Mentorship webinars are centred around supporting a student’s personal development to become a scholarship winner - and beyond! These sessions are led by our mentors- past students at GrantMe and cover a range of topics meant to help you succeed. Use these webinars to talk about your challenges in your scholarship process and set goals for yourself to grow throughout this journey!

So what is the difference between the webinars and workshops?

They may seem similar but they are very different! Our webinars are run by our mentors and they cover a wide range of topics. While our workshops are more interactive. Each workshop focuses on helping you learn useful skills within a specific area of your life. You can find more information about our workshops here.

Do I have to pay extra for the webinar?

That depends on your program and subscription. If you are an academy student, you have access to all webinars for your 1st year!

If you are on a subscription, it will depend on the type of subscription you have signed up for. Reach out to our team at [email protected] for more information on what is included in your plan!

How do I book a webinar?

You can reserve your spot on our next webinar through the webapp!

What do I need before I register for a webinar?

Here are a couple of things that you need to do before you attend a GrantMe Webinar:

  1. Make sure that you have Zoom downloaded on your computer
  2. Do you have the correct webinar time? Double-check your webinar time by heading to the Support tab in the app.
  3. Prepare your questions! If you have some questions to ask our team, prepare them in advance so you don’t miss the opportunity to get our expert advice!

How do I access the webinar?

You can access the webinar through the Zoom link in the calendar invite and in the email reminder!

If you can't find the email reminder, check your spam folder.

I cannot get on the webinar, help!

If you cannot get onto the webinar, please check the following things:

  1. Are you using the correct Zoom link?
  2. Are you joining the webinar at the correct time?
  3. Is your Zoom app up to date? Sometimes, Zoom will not let you on the call if you do not have your Zoom app updated.

Yes! Both of our webinars are recorded. You can find them on the support section of the webapp.
