Creating Your Profile

We all have heard of the "terror teacher," but nothing terrifies students more than hearing the words: "Introduce yourself to the class in a creative way."

Here at GrantMe, we don't want you having those cringe flashbacks, so we made setting up your profile quick and easy! Let's walk you through all the common questions students ask about creating the profile.

How do I set up my account?

If you are in the GrantMe Academy program, your account will be set up at the time you offer your spot in our program.

If you cannot remember your password, select the “Forget your password? Reset it here” button when you log in. You will receive an email with a link to change your password! If you are not sure what email you had used to set it up, send us an email at support@grantme.ca.

If you are looking to purchase our monthly subscription, your account will be created once you select a plan and purchase it.

What if I can't find my school on the app?

If you cannot find your school in the Scholarship Matching App, send us an email at support@grantme.ca and we will add your school to the list!

How do I set my matching criteria?

Easy! Head on to the Scholarships tab in the app, and make sure that you fill it out completely, including your:

  • Citizenship— Some scholarships are only offered to students of particular citizenship. Fill this out to ensure you don't miss out on those particular scholarships!
  • Activities— These are important so that we can provide matches that are personal to you and increase your chances of success!
  • Grade— From September to July 1st, you should have your criteria selected to the grade you are currently in. After July 1st**,** change these criteria to your next year of study so you can see upcoming scholarships.

That's it! Once you have saved your profile, our digital elves will find scholarship opportunities that match your profile. Make sure to keep your profile updated as you reach various milestones in your journey!
