The GrantMe platform has thousands of scholarships in its database. That's one too many for you to keep track of. That's where the fabulous tracking sheet comes in. In this article, we will go over everything you need to know about the tracking sheet.
What do the tabs on the tracking sheet mean?
Having visibility on the progress of your most important scholarships is essential. To make your tracked scholarships more manageable, we've introduced "tabs".
Upcoming
Scholarships with deadlines that are upcoming, which haven't been applied to or won, will be found under the " Upcoming" tab.
Applied
Once you've applied to a scholarship and click, " I Applied" the scholarship will move to the "Applied" tab.
Won
When you win a scholarship and click, " I Won" the scholarship will move to the "Won" tab.
Missed
Any tracked scholarship that you don't apply will move to the " Missed" tab once the deadline passes.

How do I move a scholarship to my tracking sheet?
Tracking a scholarship is the first step to building your tracking sheet and ensuring you make the most of your program! Updating your tracking sheet allows us to know which scholarships to recommend next and supports you in staying on track with your fellow students to achieve your goals.
To track a scholarship, simply click 'Track Scholarship' on the scholarships found on your 'All Matches'
How Do I Untrack Scholarships?
This one is simple - all you have to do is go to your tracking sheet and click 'Stop Tracking' as shown below.
Why aren't all my matches in my tracking sheet?
Your tracking sheet consists of the scholarship applications you wish to track. Think of it as a 'short-list' of scholarships that you want to apply for. You can easily move scholarships from your 'All Matches' list to your tracking sheet by selecting 'Track Scholarship'.
How do I add a scholarship to the app?
Found a rare scholarship that wasn't in our app? AWESOME! Let's get it added to the app right away. And don't forget to track it as well!
To add your own scholarship, click on 'Add A Scholarship' in the 'Scholarships' tab. Fill in all the relevant information and click 'Save Individual Scholarship'. That's it!
Once you have added the scholarship, don't forget to click "Track Scholarship" to add it to your tracking sheet!
Where do I find scholarships that I have added to the app?
Right now, you can't see your individual add scholarships on the app unless you are tracking it. Once you add an 'Individual Scholarship' to the app, make sure to hit 'track scholarship' to add the scholarship to your tracking sheet.
If you don't track your scholarship, you won't be able to find it on the app!
If you accidentally exited the page without tracking your scholarship, don't worry! You can temporarily find your individual add scholarships by using this link.
Help! I applied to the scholarship, but it doesn't show up in the Applied tab.

We want to make sure the information on your tracking sheet is as accurate as possible! Since you typically apply from the scholarship's website, our webapp will not know whether you have applied unless you say so.
Once you apply for your scholarship, go check off "I applied" on your tracking sheet.
How do I add my winnings to the app?
Congratulations on your most recent scholarship or entrance award win! 🎉 To add your winnings to the app, click on 'I won' in your tracking sheet.
Upload a screenshot of the email notifying you of the results. Verifying your winnings helps us to keep up-to-date with your progress and celebrate with you! 🙌
What is the difference between the open date and the deadline for a scholarship?
An open date is the date that an application begins to accept submissions! Sometimes the applications aren't always open yet, so we aim to specify that for you.
The deadline is the date an application is actually due. Start your application a few weeks before the deadline so that you have lots of time to get edits from us!
I am not eligible for this scholarship- what now?
Oops! Looks like our digital elves have made a mistake.
Report the scholarship to us and our elves will take a closer look to determine what went wrong. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to report a scholarship to us, as shown below:
